The person who answered the phone was polite, helpful, and was smiling. I could hear it in their voice. Today was my anniversary and I was extremely surprised to get flowers and truffles. Let me say that this was the MOST EXQUISITE bouquet flower arrangement I have ever seen or had in my life. It smelled so good and it didn't have baby's breath but wax flowers instead that smell like lemon. Your designer went above and beyond! My husband said he picked the price and designers choice so he didn't know what it would look like. My heart skips beats every time I look at it. It is truly a lovely work of art and the truffles are DELISH! Thank you for being part of my beautiful anniversary!

Brandon at Oak Ridge Floral created the flowers for my daughter's October wedding. He took time to meet with her via video chat since she was out of state. He incooperated her favorite flowers and designed them to perfection. He went above and beyond to bring extra flowers for the cake when he delivered the wedding day flower bouquets and arrangements. He helped make this a beautiful and magical day. I highly recommend Oak Ridge Floral.

The arrangement and delivery service was on point. Nobody was home to receive, I got phone call at time of delivery to make future delivery attempt. Instead, I was able to give special drop off instructions which ended up being special surprise when my wife got home and found the beautiful flowers waiting. Well worth the purchase.
